TRI-HIFT | High Intensity Functional Training: How to workout to maximize weight-loss (20lbs in 90 days) and gain lean muscle tone even if you don’t have time to workout each day - or you can’t get to the gym. This is going to improve your health, give you more energy and reduce inflammation. 

How to train your body most effectively to feel the best it has ever felt. I will make a personalized training program to teach you what exercises to perform and how to perform them properly. You will get a new workout program each month(3 different workout programs) to ensure we are continuing to make advances towards the goals you have and I will keep you accountable throughout the whole duration of the program.
